All new carers are thoroughly vetted before joining our team. Extensive checks are carried out, covering professional references, continued work history, experience and existing qualifications, without exception. All carers are also police and ISA checked and are issued with identity cards for added peace of mind.

HomeCare Finder is registered and vetted by the Care Quality Commission, our standards having gained us an See our CareQuality Commision Score "excellent" quality care rating, the highest available in the UK.

Each of our carers receives initial and ongoing training in care skills and care competencies and is sponsored by the company to gain further qualifications, such as National Vocational Qualification certificates, throughout their career.

Before any care is provided, each client is visited by one of our Care Managers to establish their exact needs and preferences. An individual care plan is then designed around these requirements, ensuring that the package of care delivered is specifically suited to the individual and their unique circumstances.
